Pontress is dedicated to driving PLLT Virtual Consultants forward by making a difference in communities around North America. As CEO she is currently overseeing operations and finance, fueled by her commitment to processes, procedures, and fiduciary responsibility. Pontress leverages her extensive background in Human Resources, Finance, Business Management, Strategic Leadership to strengthen PLLT Virtual Consultants mission and vision, as well as its commitment to cutting-edge technology, cost reduction and risk control management.
The goal to change roles from employee to CEO was a huge undertaking born out experience from her Military service and career working under the umbrella of many Fortune 500 Companies. The passion to create a multi-talented, inclusive, diverse work environment unfolded in December 2019.
Pontress earned an Associates in Business Management (minor in Marketing and Sales Management), Bachelor's in Business Administration (minor in Contract Management), and have extensive Military background and over 20 years of industry experience as a civilian.
